Thick — 8mm through the body, where most jade Buddha pendants are cut half that. The extra depth is what lets the belly round out into a full dome instead of a raised outline, and it's why the piece has weight in the hand. The stone is icy blue-green, deeper toward the center and paler at the edges, with the banding falling differently in every piece. Hung on a 62cm braided cord with a white jade tube and a jade bead.
