A meaningful piece of jade jewelry begins long before it reaches the box. Our process starts with carefully selected jade rough from Myanmar, where source decisions are made based on surface signs, structural promise, and the natural potential of each stone. The best material then travels to Yunnan, where design, shaping, carving, and polishing are guided by the character of the stone itself.
Burmese Jade Rough Selection in Myanmar
Jade rough is hand-chosen with attention to structure, visible color traces, natural texture, and overall potential. Our buyers work with established mining contacts in the Hpakant region — the source of the world's finest jadeite for centuries.
Translucency and Inclusion Inspection
Each promising stone is examined under controlled lighting and, when needed, "windowed" — a small section is polished open — to reveal translucency, internal character, and consistency before production moves forward. This step prevents costly mistakes and ensures only stones with real potential continue.
Hand-Carved and Polished in Yunnan, China
Selected material is refined through design, shaping, carving, and polishing in Yunnan — a region with over 600 years of unbroken jade craftsmanship tradition. Each piece is shaped to bring out the stone's individual character rather than forced into a generic template.
NGTC-Certified, Built for Lifetime Wear
Every finished piece is sent to the National Gemstone Testing Center for independent verification before listing. We don't certify our own work. The certificate, the serial number, and the lifetime authenticity guarantee follow each piece into your hands.
