Refunds and exchanges



Our policy is valid for 14 days. We understand how difficult it can be to select personal belongings online. Therefore, all orders can be returned/exchanged within 14 days for a full refund with proof of purchase. Please note that you can return most bmjade items (unused) in their original packaging. Return shipping charges are not included. Additional service fees such as shipping and gift wrapping are non-refundable.

However, we will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If the item is in stock, you will receive a refund or exchange once we receive the returned item.

Please note that after an exchange, the item will not be eligible for a refund.
Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Defective items purchased within one year, with proof of purchase, may require a special promotional code for 50% off the same item.


In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Do not return purchased products to the address shown on the packaging.

Refund (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and points will be automatically credited to your credit card or original method of payment within 1 week. All shipping charges on the original order are non-refundable.

Late or missed refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is issued.

Promotional items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the same item, please send an email to jadeworldchina@outlook.com.

gift
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the return value. The gift certificate will be mailed to you upon receipt of the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver who will be informed of your return.

To return your product, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.

You can use your own shipping method. We strongly recommend that you use a shipper that provides a tracking number so that you can track your shipment. Please be sure to keep this tracking number for your records. bmjade is not responsible for packages sent via non-traceable carriers that are lost in transit.

In addition, bmjade reserves the right to individually define and limit, refuse and/or cancel customer orders at any time.

An irregular or excessive return history indicates "victimization."
Irregular or excessive return history involving items that are worn, altered, cleaned, damaged or lost; or
Potential Fraud or Criminal Activity.
Likewise, bmjade reserves the right to limit, refuse and/or deny returns to any customer or entity (in-store and online) due to conduct similar to the above.

Let us embark on a wonderful journey, traveling through time back to the year 2016, when "bmjade" was born, founded by a passionate lover of jewelry art - Chenghong (bmjade). This is a brand story filled with beauty and dreams.
Between 2010 and 2015, Chenghong arrived in Kunming, a magical place with a perennial spring, bordering Myanmar, and abundant in precious gemstones. With unwavering dedication to the mining and processing of gemstones, Chenghong set sail in this industry, where each gemstone filled him with awe and each piece of jewelry enchanted him.
However, fate dealt a heavy blow in 2013, shaking Chenghong's soul. His father passed away due to heart disease, and he missed the chance to see his father one last time, leaving him with deep regret and sorrow. Yet, this loss compelled him to reevaluate the meaning of life and strengthened his determination to pursue his dreams.
