Our Shipping Policy

We ship every order from our workshop in Kunming, Yunnan, China. You can choose standard or expedited shipping at checkout, and import duties and taxes are always prepaid.

1. Shipping Options and Costs

Delivery times are counted in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) from the day your order ships. They do not include processing time or customs delays. The shipping options available for your address, and their exact cost, are shown at checkout.

2. Where We Ship

We ship to most countries and regions. Carrier service to some countries changes from time to time, so the list of countries we can deliver to can change too. Enter your address at checkout to see whether we deliver to your country and which shipping options are available.

3. Carriers

We ship with DHL, UPS, FedEx and other international carriers, and choose the carrier for each order based on the destination and the shipping option you select. We do not ship to post office boxes, so please enter a street address.

4. Duties and Taxes

All BMjade orders ship with import duties and taxes prepaid, to every country we deliver to. You will not be asked to pay anything at delivery. If a carrier asks you for payment, please contact us before paying.

5. Processing Time

We process every order, standard or expedited, within 3 business days of payment. Business days are our working days in China, so weekends and Chinese public holidays are not counted. The longest of these holidays are Spring Festival (Chinese New Year, in late January or February) and National Day (the first week of October), and orders placed during them are processed and shipped after the holiday ends. We still answer email during public holidays.

Your delivery time starts once the order ships.

6. Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number, which you can follow at 17track.net. Tracking can take 1 to 2 business days to appear. For the first 3 to 5 days, while the parcel travels from Kunming to the international shipping center, tracking may not update. It updates once the parcel is scanned there.

7. Address Errors

Please check your delivery address before you place your order. If you need to correct it, email us within 2 hours of ordering. Once a parcel has shipped, we cannot redirect it, and we are not responsible for parcels lost or misdelivered because of an incorrect address entered at checkout.

8. If Your Package Has Not Arrived

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of shipment, email us at jadeworldchina@outlook.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier, and if the package is confirmed lost, we will reship your order or issue a full refund, at your choice. 9. Shipping Fees and Refunds

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except where the return is caused by a BMjade error, where reimbursement is approved under our Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee, or where required by applicable law. See our Refund & Returns Policy. If you refuse a delivery, any shipping charges you paid and the cost of returning the package to us will be deducted from your refund.

10. Our Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

If we cannot process an order as placed, we may ask you to verify your delivery address or to use the same address for shipping and billing. We may also restrict, refuse or cancel orders, or refuse returns, in cases of an irregular or excessive returns history (including items returned worn, altered, cleaned, damaged or incomplete) or suspected fraud.

This does not allow BMjade to reject a valid Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee claim, or to limit any consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
