To ensure that your packages are delivered correctly and received within our published time frames, please make sure that the address you provide is accurate and includes all relevant and/or necessary information. Using the correct name abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is crucial to ensuring timely delivery. If the address information provided at the time of purchase is incorrect or inputted erroneously, we do not assume any responsibility for lost, misdirected, or incorrectly delivered shipments.

1. Can jewelry be shipped to my country? Due to shipping restrictions,

We ship to nearly every country/region in the world, with the exception of the following countries/regions. We apologize and will continue to work on resolving this issue.

- The Bahamas
- Yemen
- Cuba
- Iran
- Sudan
- Syria
- Countries currently at war
- (DHL UPS Federal) and other areas where express delivery cannot be delivered


2. What is the shipping cost?

(1): Orders over $40 qualify for free shipping.
(2): Orders with a total amount between $0.1 and $39.99 have a standard shipping fee of $5.
(3): Expedited shipping is available for $10.

Note:
(1) "Orders over $40 qualify for free shipping" applies only to regular-priced items and does not apply to free items.
(2) The shipping fee for free products is $18, which includes processing, shipping, and customs fees.
(3) Customs duties: Product prices do not include customs duties, which may be levied at the destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on the weight of the product and your shipping location. We strive to keep shipping affordable. However, we are at the mercy of the carriers, so shipping fees may still apply even for free products.

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

(Excluding customs delays, weekends, US holidays, holidays, and any unforeseen circumstances)

We will ship via USPS to post office boxes within 7-15 business days. However, post office boxes do not offer expedited shipping services. Alternative carrier options are also available, and we reserve the right to change carriers as needed.

Processing Time
Processing times for all orders vary based on the time it takes for the respective carrier to pick up from our operations center and reach the final destination. Standard domestic and international orders may take up to 3 business days to process, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Standard orders may take up to 3 business days, and expedited orders may take up to 2 business days to process, with expedited orders potentially taking up to 1 business day to process upon authorization and verification of your payment. These are estimated values and do not include weekends or holidays.

Tracking Your Order
Please note that orders shipping to destinations within the United States may take 7-15 business days to arrive from the date of shipment, not necessarily from the date of order, depending on the chosen shipping method and the final destination of the order.

Expedited shipping time: 4-7 business days

4. Why has your package been shipped, but the shipping information has not been updated yet?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You will be able to track your order on https://www.17track.net/en. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to become available.

Due to international shipping, it may take 3-5 days for the package to reach the international shipping center airport. During this time, there may be no inland transport information to the international shipping center in Kunming. The shipping information will only update once the package reaches the international shipping center and is scanned.

For domestic and international orders shipping to the United States, we will use USPS, China Post, or FedEx for most locations. We reserve the right to determine alternative carriers to meet shipping requirements.

Your final shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.

5. Shipping Information Errors
If you have provided an incorrect shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service within 2 hours.

Please note that customers are responsible for correctly entering their delivery address. Once we have processed and shipped the package, we cannot redirect it to another delivery address.

6. What if my package hasn't arrived yet?

If you have not received your package after 60 daysof shipment, please contact us at jadeworldChina@outlook.com. We will either reship new products to you or provide a full refund.

7. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from bmjade.com, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credits issued.

We ship to post office boxes via China Post. However, post office boxes do not offer expedited shipping.

Reserve the Right Regarding Shipping
While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, BMJade reserves the right to require customers to use a "universal" shipping and billing address or to verify the provided delivery address in cases where we cannot process orders.

Additionally, BMJade reserves the right to restrict, refuse, and/or cancel customer orders for any of the following reasons:

- Irregular or excessive returns history, involving wear and tear, alterations, cleaning, damage, or loss of items; or
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, BMJade reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or refuse returns to any customer or entity (in-store and online) for similar behavior.

Let us embark on a wonderful journey, traveling through time back to the year 2016, when "bmjade" was born, founded by a passionate lover of jewelry art - Chenghong (bmjade). This is a brand story filled with beauty and dreams.
Between 2010 and 2015, Chenghong arrived in Kunming, a magical place with a perennial spring, bordering Myanmar, and abundant in precious gemstones. With unwavering dedication to the mining and processing of gemstones, Chenghong set sail in this industry, where each gemstone filled him with awe and each piece of jewelry enchanted him.
However, fate dealt a heavy blow in 2013, shaking Chenghong's soul. His father passed away due to heart disease, and he missed the chance to see his father one last time, leaving him with deep regret and sorrow. Yet, this loss compelled him to reevaluate the meaning of life and strengthened his determination to pursue his dreams.
