🌈 Natural Jadeite Is Unique

Every piece of natural jadeite is different.

Natural characteristics may include:

• Variations in color and color distribution

• Natural veins and internal textures

• Cotton-like inclusions

• Color roots

• Differences in translucency

• Small natural inclusions

These are natural characteristics of genuine jadeite and should not automatically be considered defects.

Even pieces cut from the same rough jadeite stone may have visible differences.

Jadeite may also appear slightly different under sunlight, indoor lighting, photography, or different screen settings.

We will carefully select suitable material according to your preferred color and design, but natural jadeite cannot be guaranteed to look exactly identical to sample photographs.

Approx. 10mm–40mm, depending on the number of letters and overall design.

Because each piece is individually cut, carved, shaped, and polished by hand, a normal handmade size variation of approximately 1–2mm may occur.

Final dimensions may also be adjusted slightly depending on the design proportions and natural structure of the jadeite.

🧑🎨 Customization Process

1. Submit Your Customization

Tell us your preferred shape, letter, symbol, pattern, size, and jadeite color.

You may also provide a reference image to help us understand your idea.

2. Design Preview

After receiving your order, we will normally send a design preview to your email within 24 hours.

3. Confirm Your Design

Please carefully check the spelling, size, proportions, symbols, patterns, and other customization details.

Production will begin after your design has been confirmed.

If we do not receive your confirmation within 3 days, your order may be placed on hold until we hear from you.

4. Handmade Production

After confirmation, our experienced jade artisans will begin cutting, carving, shaping, polishing, and finishing your custom piece.

Production normally takes approximately 7–15 business days, depending on the complexity of the design and current order volume.

⚠️ Important Information About Custom Orders

Custom jadeite is very different from ordinary ready-made jewelry.

Once your selected jadeite enters the cutting, carving, shaping, or polishing process, the material is permanently changed and cannot be restored to its original condition.

The selected material and craftsmanship are therefore committed specifically to your order.

For this reason, once production has begun, custom or personalized products cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged due to a change of mind, personal preference, color expectations, or other non-quality-related reasons.

However, if the finished product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the design and specifications we confirmed with you, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

All custom pieces remain covered by our Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee.

💳 Custom Order Payment

Custom orders normally require full payment before production begins, because the jadeite material and handmade craftsmanship are specifically committed to each individual order.

If BMJade agrees to an alternative deposit or payment arrangement for a particular order, the payment terms must be confirmed by both sides before production begins.

Once cutting, carving, or other irreversible customization work has started, the order will be subject to our custom-order terms.
