After receiving your order, we will send a design preview to your email within 24 hours.
Please reply to confirm within 3 days. If we do not receive a response by then, we will proceed with production based on the preview design.
Each pendant is handcrafted and takes approximately 7β15 business days to complete (depending on order volume).
